Massive Mentor provides an AI-powered business growth platform that may include CRM, mentorship, marketing, analytics, and related tools (the “Service”). Access to specific features depends on your plan, configuration, and agreement with us.
You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and any order form or subscription agreement.

Massive Mentor pricing is offered on a per-business basis, not per user seat, unless a written agreement states otherwise. Plan features, fees, and billing cycles (for example monthly or annual) are described on our pricing page or in a custom proposal.
Fees are due as stated at purchase or in your invoice. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or limited access until amounts owed are resolved. Taxes may apply based on your location and applicable law.
Enterprise or custom engagements may include separate commercial terms that prevail over conflicting website language for that engagement.
The Service, website design, software, logos, trademarks, content, and related materials are owned by Massive Mentor or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as permitted, no rights are granted to you.
You retain ownership of customer content and business data you lawfully submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.
You must not misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, interference with system integrity, unlawful processing of personal data, spam, and other abuses described in our Acceptable Use Policy.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable. However, the Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, outages, force majeure events, or factors outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a separate service-level commitment is agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Massive Mentor and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the website or Service.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time subject to your subscription terms. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or create risk to the Service or other customers.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a written enterprise agreement specifies a different governing law. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer or local law protections that may apply.
