Security is part of how we design and operate Massive Mentor. We combine product controls, operational practices, and infrastructure protections to reduce risk. Capabilities evolve as the platform grows; this page describes current practices without overstating guarantees.
We do not claim certifications, compliance frameworks, audit results, or encryption standards on this page unless they are independently verified and intentionally published by Massive Mentor.
Product access is protected through authenticated sessions. Customers are expected to use strong credentials and keep them confidential. We encourage organizations to limit shared logins and to revoke access promptly when team members leave.
Where supported by the product, access can be scoped by role so team members only see the features and data appropriate to their responsibilities. Administrators should review permissions regularly.
Customer workspaces are designed so business data is associated with the correct organization or account context. Application logic is intended to prevent one customer from accessing another customer’s records under normal operation.
Communications with our website and product interfaces are delivered over HTTPS/TLS in production environments so data in transit between your browser and our servers is encrypted by the transport layer. Additional encryption controls may apply depending on hosting configuration and service components.
Specific algorithms, key-management details, or “at-rest” guarantees are not asserted here beyond what is standard for our hosting stack.
We host application and website workloads on established cloud and hosting providers. Infrastructure is configured with least privilege where practical, and production systems are separated from local development environments.
Internal access to production systems and customer data is limited to personnel who need it to build, operate, or support the Service. Access should be granted based on role and reviewed over time.
We use operational logging and monitoring to understand system health, investigate issues, and detect abnormal patterns. Logs may include technical events, authentication-related signals, and operational diagnostics—not unnecessary customer content.

Customers remain responsible for the lawfulness of data they upload (including personal data of their end customers or employees) and for configuring the Service appropriately for their organization.
If you believe you have found a security issue in Massive Mentor, please contact us promptly so we can investigate. Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities before we have had a reasonable chance to respond.
