When a business uses Massive Mentor, that business typically acts as the controller (or equivalent) of personal data it stores about its own leads, clients, employees, or mentors. Massive Mentor acts as a processor (or service provider) for that customer data, processing it to provide the Service according to the customer’s instructions and our agreements.

Depending on how you configure and use the product, data may include:

• CRM records such as leads, contacts, companies, and deals
• Tasks, meetings, notes, and pipeline activity
• Marketing and engagement data you choose to store
• Mentorship or program-related information you enter
• Account, user, and role configuration for your organization
• Operational logs needed to run and secure the Service

We process customer data to:

• Provide, maintain, and support the Service
• Deliver features you enable (CRM, automation, analytics, etc.)
• Secure accounts and prevent abuse
• Improve reliability and product quality using aggregated or technical insights where appropriate
• Comply with law and enforceable requests

We do not sell customer CRM databases to third parties for their independent marketing.

Protection measures are described on our Security page and may include authentication, role-based access, account isolation patterns, transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS), and operational access controls. Customers should also apply strong passwords, careful user provisioning, and internal policies for their teams.

We may use infrastructure, email, analytics, or support vendors to operate Massive Mentor. Those providers may process limited data only as needed to deliver their service to us. We select providers with care and expect them to implement appropriate safeguards.

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring they have a lawful basis to upload and process personal data
• Providing required notices to their end users or data subjects
• Configuring roles and access appropriately
• Not uploading illegal, harmful, or highly restricted data unless a written agreement allows it
• Complying with industry rules that apply to their sector

Customer data is retained for the life of the subscription and any limited period needed afterward for backup integrity, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Upon valid termination and request, we will delete or return customer data according to our product capabilities and agreement terms, subject to residual backup cycles and legal holds.

Depending on hosting and support arrangements, data may be processed in India and/or other regions where our providers operate. If your organization requires specific residency or contractual data-processing terms, contact us to discuss enterprise arrangements.
