• Upload malware, attempt to probe or breach systems, or disrupt Service integrity
• Bypass authentication, access controls, or usage limits
• Access another customer’s data without authorization
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications in violation of law
• Harass, abuse, or threaten individuals
• Store or process unlawful content, or content you have no right to process
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without written permission
• Reverse engineer the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law
• Use automated scraping that overloads or harms the website or APIs
• Misrepresent affiliation with Massive Mentor

Content you store or transmit through the Service must be lawful and appropriate for a professional business platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of customer content you introduce.

We may investigate suspected violations. If we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached, we may remove content, suspend features, suspend accounts, terminate access, or report activity to authorities as appropriate. We will act proportionately where practical, but we may take immediate action when needed to protect the Service, customers, or third parties.
